Location is very strategic not very far from Kulim and Penang Island. Ample parking space outside Pillow is very comfy Nice to have tea and coffee in the room Shower is really nice. The water flow is superb

The hotel was ideally located beside Aeon. Also lots of wasting location around. Also ample parking. Solid sound fire proof doors.

1. Parking was free. Easy to find parking at hotel. 2. Good service from the reception. 3. Coffee shop at ground level. Can drink coffee or eat breakfast over there. 4. Shower pressure was very good.

All the necessary services available in the room. Truly happy with the tidiness and cleanliness. Very day, there are room service to bring water bottle. The service is truly top notch.

The location was excellent Lotus Mall , AEON mall and may other eating outlets were all nearby Parking was easy (space provided) 3 stories high

4days 3 nights here were comfy as the staffs are friendly and helpful. Quite clean and it is cheap. Superb location, easy access, waking distance to aeon, kopitiam and eateries. It runs its own cafe, it has lift for a 3 storey building.
